What it does

Everything the register did, and the parts it never could.

Punch

A selfie and a location at check-in and check-out. Sites are geo-fenced, so a punch has to happen where the work is. Where the employer switches it on, the selfie is checked against a reference photo.

Shifts

Day, night and split shifts, rest days and holidays. Late arrivals and overtime are worked out from the shift, not guessed at.

Leave

Workers apply from the phone. Their manager approves it. Balances update on their own, and the muster roll reflects it the same day.

Reports

Muster roll, wage days, overtime and late-arrival reports. Statutory registers in the format Indian labour law expects.

Roles

A worker sees their own record. A manager sees their team, down every level. The owner sees the whole organisation. Nobody sees more than their job needs.

Offline

Sites lose signal. Punches are stored on the phone and sent when the network comes back, with the original time kept intact.
